Privacy and Terms & Conditions

Your contact information will only be shared with attendees of Playground. Your contact information will be added to future emails so that you can be informed of future events (you can opt out at any time.)

Your personal medical information will not be shared with anyone except our lead team and facilitators (if they should be aware of the condition.)

Playground Retreat is a reciprocal community. Each Playground participant will be asked to assist in the preparation of one meal at Kali Land as part of the experience.

Our Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made before December 5th will result in a loss of 50% of the pass price. Any cancellation made After December 5th will result in the total loss of the pass price. You're welcome to transfer your pass and/or tent rental to another person.

We reserve the right to cancel your Playground Pass should you fail to fill out the questionnaire or provide any other required pre-retreat information.

We reserve the right to refund your pass if prior to the event we determine Playground might not be a good fit for you.

If Playground Retreat is unable to happen Jan 26-31st, 2022 for any reason, we will transfer your pass to a future Playground Retreat.

If Covid-19 flight restrictions prohibit travel to Ometepe from your country of origin, we will refund your pass minus processing fees as long as you notify Playground Retreat by January 1st.
